General Care
Wash these inserts as you would your regular diapers. Experts recommend washing and drying these inserts four times before using for the first time (that's wash - dry - wash - dry - wash - dry - wash - dry).
Unbleached hemp has natural oils in it that need to be removed before it becomes absorbent. It will take five or more washings before it reaches its maximum absorbency. When washing these inserts the first few times do NOT wash it with your Lunatots fleece pocket pants .
The natural oils from the hemp will coat the fleece, making it repel.
After your inserts have been fully primed you may wash them with all of your diapering products

Our biodegradable, flushable diaper liners are constructed from plant cellulose (soft wood pulp) and are whitened using Hydrogen Peroxide rather than chlorine bleach.
Providing a layer between your baby's bottom and a cloth diaper, these disposable liners protect your cloth diapers from staining, as well as protecting your baby's behind.
They allow wetness to pass through them, onto the cloth diaper, but not back again. This helps keep your baby feeling dryer had no liner been used at all.

How to use Lunatots Biodegradable Flushable Liners:
Simple! Place the bio-liner on top of any cloth diaper against your baby.
When diaper is soiled, remove liner and put into toilet.
Allow liner to absorb water and become softer for easier flushing. Only flush one liner at a time!
If on a sensitive septic system, remove liner and dump solids down toilet. Dispose of liner in the trash.
Wet liner only? Rinse, hang to dry, and reuse a second or third time.
Caution: Flushing of liners in old or damaged drains and in sensitive septic tanks may cause blockage. These and any other "flushable biodegradable" liners are only recommended for use in city systems. If you are on a sensitive septic system, please use with caution.

Direction for Use
Diaper Strip Wash/ Disinfectant
Mix 3 spoon-full of LunaCare Oxygen Bleach and a small quantity of LunaCare Detergent with WARM WATER in your washing machine or soaker pail until dissolved. Then add 9-12 diapers. Allow to soak for 30-60 min and complete wash cycle. Add a few extra rinse cycle to clear any residue.
(Strip wash should be done occasionally. Do NOT use in every wash as it may break diaper fabric)
Normal Stain
Mix 3 spoon-full of LunaCare Oxygen Bleach with a scoop of LunaCare Detergent in a WARM WATER until dissolved. Add in your laundry and soak for 1-3 hours. Finish your washing machine wash cycle. Repeat if necessary.
